Queensland Opposition Leader Lawrence Springborg says the frontbench demise of former Liberal leader Bruce Flegg is not payback for the 2006 election debacle.



Mr Springborg and Dr Flegg were an ill-fated team in 2006.



But the Liberal National Party (LNP) Leader says that is not why Dr Flegg is no longer on the Opposition frontbench.

Queensland Opposition Leader Lawrence Springborg has tried to distance the party from an unofficial website promoting drugs.



Several web addresses using the Liberal National Party (LNP) name are linked to a discussion forum, with topics including the legalisation of marijuana.



Mr Springborg says he is concerned the site features the party logo, as well as photographs of him and the Deputy Leader Mark McArdle.
